| The following subscription rates will go into effect on Augist 1,
2005. Subscriptions renewed or upgraded before that date will qualify
for the existing rates.
This increase in subscription rates is necessary so we can continue
to bring you an enhanced service. Major enhancements since our last rate
increase have included:
- Search of all stocks in the database for specific technical and/or
fundamental characteristics
- Enhanced Industry Analysis updated daily
- ShortSale Watch
- Technical Analysis Charts
- Filter Backtest
- BaseWatch
- Weekly Newsletter
- and many more minor improvements.
There will also be some minor changes to the features provided under
each subscription level which will go into effect on August 1. The most
significant is that Silver and Gold subscribers will have access to the
industry information for stocks on each watchlist, while the full Industry
Analysis service will only be available to Platinum, Trial and Professional

You may not cancel before the first renewal period. You must
provide 48 hrs. notice of cancellation before renewal date
or incur recovery of the 5% discount and a $25 administrative
