The NASDAQ composite slipped 2% this week as technology stocks moved lower. Volumes were well below the 50 day average showing enthusiasm for the tech. sector is waning. Despite weakness in the NASDAQ index, compared to the other two major indexes, our market trend indicator for the index remains positive.
Volatility Squeeze stocks significantly outperformed cup and handle pattern breakouts this week with an average gain of 6.75%.
