| Friday was Possibly Day 1 of New
Rally On Friday the NASDAQ closed higher than the previous day's close making it potentially day one of O'Neil's criteria for recognizing a market bottom. For the rally to be confirmed, we now wait for a follow through day in days 4 through 7. A 'follow through day' is one with a big gain on volume higher than the previous day. Additionally, the rally is not confirmed if the day one close is undercut before the follow through day.  |

(UONEK) Urban One, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates as an urban-oriented multi-media company in the United States. The company operates through four segments: Radio Broadcasting, Cable Television, Reach Media, and Digital. UONEK set a pivot on announcement of its Q1 results. After some profit taking, the right side of the handle is progressing, and should UONEK breakout, there is upside potential until resistance at the left cup level.  |
